Walking in the woods is one of my favorite activities. I love the solitude, the head space, the peace it gives me. One foot in front of the other over and over again is freeing. It gets my brain out of the complexity of our modern world and focuses my mind on a singular task – just walk. For me, hiking is a physical manifestation of a mantra, each step an om. I decided to start this blog as a way to chronicle my wandering and other assorted topics. I hope you enjoy it!
